About

LivingPattern Handbook is an independent residential-planning publication focused on how people actually use their homes.

What We Do

LivingPattern Handbook helps homeowners and renters evaluate floor plans against real daily routines. Instead of focusing on decoration or style, we examine movement paths, storage access, furniture zones, and shared activities. The goal is a layout that supports the way you actually live — not the way a magazine photograph looks.

Our Method

Every recommendation starts with a routine map: a list of activities, their order, and the furniture and clearance each one requires. We then check for circulation conflicts, storage interference, and shared-space friction. Only when the daily pattern fits the space do we consider the layout viable.

We do not create floor plans, arrange furniture automatically, render interiors, process project files, or connect to third-party accounts. We provide educational content and a structured review process.

Who We Are

LivingPattern Handbook is based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Our team combines interior-planning experience with ergonomic research to produce practical guides, scenario libraries, and zoning tools. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Sweet Home 3D or any other software vendor.
